AGM
Thank you for your support at the AGM held on November 15, 2024, at St. Patrick’s Club. As we celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2023, we reflected on our journey as a community-driven, volunteer-led organisation dedicated to fostering a vibrant arts community.
- Expanding Community Engagement: Deepening our connection with the local community through innovative programmes and initiatives.
- Website Development: Implementing Phase II of the website project to streamline operations, reduce volunteer burden, and provide a robust foundation for future growth.
- Strengthening Artist Support: Identifying new ways to support and empower our member artists.
- Enhancing Exhibitions: Curating more diverse and thought-provoking exhibitions that showcase the exceptional talent of our artists.
- Financial Sustainability: Building on our progress, we will continue to explore strategies for long-term financial security.
- Succession Planning and Adaptability: Prioritising succession planning for key leadership roles and closely monitoring developments in the local arts landscape, such as the creative quarter.

East Lodge Redecoration
Mike, Alastair and Casilda will be carrying out redecoration work to the interior parts of the East Lodge building during the Christmas break. This will involve clearing out old items, repairing and repainting walls, both in the two gallery spaces but also in the staircase area, the porch and the bathroom.
We would really welcome any help from volunteers to assist with this project. The dates we had in mind are Monday 23rd & Tuesday 24th December, and/or Thursday 2nd & Friday 3rd January.
