The AGM will take place this year on 9 November 2023. It will be held at 6.30pm at St PATRICKS Irish Club, which is on Riverside Walk, off Adelaide Road, Leamington Spa CV32 5AH

Election of Trustees
During the AGM a new board will be elected (all current trustees have been co-opted since the last AGM and so have to stand down and be considered for re-election). We currently have 7 trustees but the board can have up to 12 people.

Our board meets monthly on the last Tuesday of the month in the evening. In between, trustees get involved in helping to make sure the organisation runs smoothly. If you’d like to know more, please contact one of the existing trustees: Alessia Sissa, Sue Bent, John Boden, Mike Patrick, or Sue Southorn.
We have just co-opted two additional trustees: Rachel David and Linda John. They haven’t yet attended a meeting but they will be at the AGM.

As well as the formal business, we’ll be talking about things that have been happening over the last few months; we’ll be sharing the results of the Members’ Survey; and we’ll be planning for the future. It’s a great chance to find out more and share your thoughts – as well as meeting other members and making new connections.
And there is a bar!
