Annual General Meeting Notice

- Welcome and Apologies for Absence
- Approval of Minutes from the Previous AGM
- Chairman’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report: Presentation of Accounts & Re-appointment of Independent Examiner
- Election / Re-election of Committee Members and Officers
- Any Other Business (AOB)
- Member and Trustee Volunteer Awards
- Nominations: Members wishing to stand for election to the board of trustees must submit their nomination form, proposed and seconded by current members, no later than 16th October 2026.
- Constitution: There are no planned changes to the constitution or our mission.
In the event we cannot get the analysis of the members survey results for the AGM we will communicate them in the Newsletter in December.
All members are warmly invited to attend. Light refreshments will be available following the business of the meeting.
