Pailton Art Fest invites artists and craftspeople to take part in its much-loved community fundraising event, raising vital funds for Save The White Lion in Pailton. Now in its third year, the festival is set to be bigger and better than ever, with more stalls, more visitors, and an even more vibrant atmosphere celebrating creativity and community.
Artists and makers are invited to showcase their work and be part of a welcoming and creative weekend. Those interested in taking part can contact Tina on 07703 963775 for booking or further information. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Stallholder pitch options include marquee pitches measuring 3m x 2m and garden pitches measuring 3m x 3m, with a mix of grass and hardstanding. Stallholders can set up from 12pm on Friday or from 8am on Saturday, with all stalls required to be ready by 11:30am on Saturday. Pack down takes place after 4pm on Sunday.
Public liability insurance is required for all stallholders. Participants will need to bring their own gazebo unless booking a marquee pitch. A limited number of tables are available to hire but must be pre-booked and are subject to availability. Stallholders are expected to trade on both days during the advertised opening hours. Items may be left overnight at the stallholder’s own risk.
The event continues to grow each year, welcoming around 350 visitors in 2025, with plans for more stalls, an expanded food offering, and enhanced marketing. Hot food will be available on both Saturday and Sunday, and stallholders will receive complimentary tea and coffee throughout the weekend.
The festival will be open to the public on Saturday from 12pm to 8pm and Sunday from 11am to 4pm, with free entry for visitors. The event will feature a vibrant showcase of art and creativity, a licensed bar throughout the weekend, a cocktail bar on Saturday evening from 6pm to 8pm, hot food served all day, hot drinks, cakes and biscuits, and live music throughout Saturday.
Pailton Art Fest promises a welcoming and creative weekend, perfect for art enthusiasts, collectors and curious visitors alike.
Stallholder pitches are available for £70 for the weekend.
