Applications are now open for artists wishing to exhibit at the Jephson Gardens Gallery as part of the 2027 Leamington Studio Artists Exhibition Programme.
Located at the entrance to Jephson Gardens in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, the gallery offers a bright, high-footfall space to showcase your work.
What’s New for 2027?
We’re introducing a shared exhibition model, giving two artists the opportunity to exhibit together. This means:
- Lower exhibition costs – artists pay half the standard room hire fee.
- More support – shared stewarding makes running the gallery easier for everyone.
- More variety – visitors enjoy a broader range of work in each exhibition.
Exhibition Dates
When applying, please select 2–3 months that you would be available to exhibit.
- January/February – 13 January to 7 February
- February/March – 10 February to 7 March
- May – 5 May to 30 May
- June/July – 9 June to 4 July (artists will also need to register with Warwickshire Open Studios)
- July/August – 7 July to 1 August
- August – 4 August to 29 August (please note the higher fee due to Art in the Park).
- September – 1 September to 26 September
- September/October – 29 September to 24 October
- October/November – 27 October to 21 November
Please note:
The June/July exhibition period coincides with Warwickshire Open Studios. Artists exhibiting during these dates will also need to register for Warwickshire Open Studios and pay the Warwickshire Open Studios registration fee in addition to the Jephson Gardens Gallery exhibition fee.
The August exhibition period includes Art in the Park (7–8 August 2027), one of Warwickshire’s largest arts festivals. Due to the significant increase in visitor numbers during this weekend, the exhibition fee for artists exhibiting in the gallery during this period is £150 per half gallery space.
Stewarding
Exhibiting artists are asked to complete a minimum of 8 stewarding shifts during their exhibition. Any additional support is always appreciated.
