Beautiful abstract & respresentational pieces
Both schools dazzle visitors with their diverse and imaginative works at the LSA East Lodge Art Gallery exhibition open until 9th March.
Trinity School and Aylesford School are showcasing their creative talents in this year’s exhibition. At Trinity School, students have interpreted the theme of “What Inspires Me” in a variety of ways. Some have focused on their hobbies, while others have explored specific artistic styles. With the exhibition delivered jointly by the Art and History Departments, several students have even highlighted historic sites or influential individuals that inspire them.
Meanwhile, at Aylesford School, Key Stage 3 students are set an annual enrichment task that encourages them to pursue their own artistic preferences. Some students visit an art gallery of their choice, others research an artist or designer, and many produce artwork that reflects their unique styles. This year, the school is excited to exhibit a collection of fabulous paintings at the LSA East Lodge Art Gallery in February, along with an additional painting from some of their Year 10 GCSE Art students.
