East Lodge Opening Hours
Please be aware that East Lodge will only be open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon until 4.00 pm. This is due to the lack of volunteers. This is not a permanent decision; we will reconsider if we get more volunteer support.
Our new exhibition is for the regular volunteers who we would be lost without. It’s our way of thanking them for all the hours they have given LSA over the past year. Please come and have a chat and see their wonderful work – but don’t forget the new opening times.
Volunteers Code of Conduct
A Volunteer Code of Conduct will be winging its way to you shortly – more details to follow. This will just involve a signature.
Governance Role
Is there a member who is experienced in Governance who would be willing to volunteer to help LSA? We desperately need support with this – and any help/advice that you could give would be amazing.
Membership Secretary
We still need a membership secretary. HELP please – someone.
Although our website has been completely overhauled, we need help with this. Is there anyone out there who can help? We have asked in the past but to no avail but with new members joining all the time it doesn’t hurt to ask!
Christmas Tree Festival at All Saints Church, Leamington
Decoration blanks for the LSA tree are available at the LSA Art Room, please feel free to decorate one of these or donate one of your own by Saturday 3rdDecember. Are you available on Tuesday 6th December afternoon to have fun decorating the tree in the church? Let Kay know at treasurer@lsa.four90.co.uk
Christmas Shopping
There is to be a late-night opening at the LSA Art Room on Thursday 22 December. Also, a Print Fair on 3rd and 4th Dec. will be taking place.
1 Mill Street
We have been given the opportunity to exhibit at 1 Mill Street, Leamington – a work hub with an amazing café. We have decided to choose members who will exhibit by taking a name out of a hat (or similar). There will be no charge and no commission to pay. Art is to be approved by Trustees before being exhibited.
