All members are invited to submit ONE piece of work each for our “Spring Open” Exhibition. The submission window will close on Thursday 2nd March at 6pm. Applicants will be notified by Friday 3rd March.

All works submitted must be an original (no prints) and must be suitably framed (if applicable) and ready to hang with D rings. It is free to submit, but we will be asking for a £10 hanging fee from all successful artists, to help our amazing venue stay open.
We will continue with our slightly higher commission rate of 20% on all artworks sold, and if you sell before the end of the exhibition, you are welcome to replace your piece with another at no extra cost. Your £10 hanging fee will be payable at the Art Room on delivery of your work on the changeover day on Sunday 5th March from 11am.
The exhibition will open on Tuesday 7th March and we will have a Private Viewing on Friday 10th March from 6.30pm.

Collecting/Dropping off works
As we are coming to the close of our current exhibition we would like to remind you that collecting your works and dropping off your new works will happen on Sunday 5th March from 11am-4pm. If you have been notified that you have been accepted for our “Spring Open” Exhibition then you can drop off your next piece at the same time. Please look out for our email confirming your acceptance.
Volunteering
We encourage all artists exhibiting with us to help man the gallery and contribute to the running of the gallery during the duration of the exhibition. Please do get in touch asap – lsaartroom@gmail.com
We would also like to make a call out for some of our newer members to do some volunteer slots at our wonderful sister gallery at East Lodge in beautiful Jephson Gardens. If this is something you could do, please get in touch.
