Leamington is set to host its very first Mini Print Exhibition — a showcase for printmaking in the classic 10x10cm format. While mini print competitions are well known in the UK, there has never been one in the Midlands. This inaugural event is being held to coincide with Printmaking week, which takes place in the Art Room, LSA’s town centre gallery and studios.
The week is a celebration of all forms of hand-printmaking, with workshops and demonstrations and an exhibition. We hope the addition of a Mini Print Exhibition will become an annual tradition, with ambitions to expand further into a full Leamington Printmaking Festival in future years.
