2. Artwork Requirements: The printed image must be contained within a square measuring 10 × 10 cm, on paper measuring exactly 15 × 15 cm. All prints must be signed, numbered and titled by the artist in pencil beneath the image. Work that does not meet these specifications may be excluded from the exhibition. There is no selection process, but LSA reserves the right to refuse work considered unsuitable, including work that is offensive, discriminatory or does not comply with the exhibition guidelines.
3. Submission & Fees: Submission takes place in two stages: online submission, including details and an image of each print, by 11 October 2026, followed by delivery or posting of the physical prints to the LSA Art Room by the deadline provided by LSA. Online submissions are made using Google Forms. Google users with a Gmail account can upload images directly via the submission form by following the instructions provided. Non-Google users will need to create a free Google account in order to upload their images.
Your work will be represented and offered for sale online using the images you submit, so please ensure your photographs represent your work as accurately as possible. Full delivery instructions and deadlines will be provided to participating artists.
5. Sales & Pricing: All works will be offered for sale at a fixed selling price of £40 per print. LSA will take a 10% commission on the selling price of each print sold, meaning the artist will receive £36 for each print sold. Buyers may choose either collection from the LSA Art Room or postal delivery. Where postal delivery is required, the applicable postage charge will be added to the buyer’s order and paid by the buyer.

Artists wishing to have unsold work returned by post should provide suitable return packaging and a stamped addressed envelope (SAE) with their submission. Where return postage has not been provided, LSA may arrange return postage and deduct the cost from any payment due to the artist. If no return postage has been provided, no payment is due to the artist and the work is not collected within the period specified by LSA, LSA will assume that the artist does not require the work to be returned.
