b. Participants aged 16 and 17 years old are welcome to book, providing a parent or guardian who is over 18 is accompanying them and also paying for a place on the workshop.
c. By booking, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement for the workshop.

b. All necessary materials and tools required for the workshop are generally included in the price, as specified in the individual workshop description.

e. You must not attend if you are unwell or displaying symptoms of any contagious illness.
a. We expect all participants to treat LSA staff, other attendees, and studio property with respect.
b. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
c. Please do not remove any tools, equipment, or materials from the studio without prior permission.
a. Leamington Studio Artists may occasionally take photographs or short video clips during workshops for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, leaflets, press).
b. We aim to capture the general atmosphere and creative process. No names will be used in conjunction with images without further explicit consent.
c. By booking, you will be asked to indicate your consent regarding photography and filming during the booking process. You have the right to decline.

a. While LSA takes all reasonable care to ensure a safe environment, LSA, its staff, and volunteers cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by, or to, any participant, howsoever caused, except where such loss, damage, or injury is due to our negligence.
b. Personal belongings are brought into the studio at your own risk, and LSA accepts no responsibility for their loss or damage.
a. LSA reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter workshops due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., facilitator illness, severe weather, venue issues, government restrictions).
b. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and will offer alternative dates, a credit for another workshop, or a full refund at our discretion.

No Refunds
Once a booking has been made and paid for, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
Transfer of Booking
If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may nominate someone else to take your place at no additional cost. Please inform us by email at least 24 hours prior to the workshop with the name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
Non-Attendance
In the event that you do not attend your booked workshop, and a transfer has not been pre-arranged according to our ‘Transfer of Booking’ policy, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer your booking to an alternative date or workshop..
