We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and to support the smooth running of our workshops, please take note of our cancellation policy:

  1. No Refunds
    Once a booking has been made and paid for, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
  2. Transfer of Booking
    If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may nominate someone else to take your place at no additional cost. Please inform us by email at least 24 hours prior to the workshop with the name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
  3. Non-Attendance
    If you do not attend and have not arranged for someone to attend in your place, your booking will be considered forfeited and no refund or transfer will be available.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our small arts community. This policy helps us manage resources, materials, and planning to ensure the best possible experience for all attendees.

This workshop is designed for and open to participants aged 18 years and over. A place may be booked for a young person aged 16 or 17, providing they are accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 who is also booked and attending the workshop. Please view our safeguarding policy.
