Leamington Studio Artists are delighted to invite printmakers from across the UK to take part in our brand-new Mini Print Exhibition. This exciting event celebrates the creativity and variety of contemporary printmaking, with every work presented in the classic 10 × 10 cm format.
Whether you’re an experienced printmaker or just starting out, this exhibition offers a chance to showcase your work, connect with fellow artists, and help put Leamington firmly on the printmaking map. Every accepted entry will be featured in both the physical exhibition and our online gallery, with each print available for sale at a fixed price of £35.
Entry fees: £18 for 2 prints
How to enter:
Make your payment securely online.
Receive your submission form. Once payment is complete, you’ll automatically receive a link to our Google Form. This is where you’ll provide your details, upload images of your prints, and confirm your delivery/return preferences.
Complete your submission. Fill in the required fields, upload a good-quality image of each print, and confirm whether you’ll post or hand-deliver your work.
Send your physical prints. Prints must measure 10 × 10 cm on paper sized exactly 15 × 15 cm, and be signed, numbered, and titled in pencil beneath the image. Post or hand-deliver to the Art Room by the deadline provided.
All correctly formatted entries will be accepted (unless deemed unsuitable).
IMPORTANT, please carefully review the terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility: Open to artists residing in the UK. Entrants may submit up to 3 different original prints. Submissions are invited of works made in any recognisable hand-produced printmaking technique, such as screen printing, cyanotype, lithography, etching, engraving, collograph, monotype, block printing, woodcut, etc. Digital prints (made with an inkjet or laser printer) are not accepted.
2. Artwork Requirements: The print image must be contained within a square 10 × 10 cm, on paper measuring exactly 15 × 15 cm. All prints must be signed, numbered and titled by the artist, in pencil, beneath the image. All works will be prepared for exhibition by LSA in a white mount and hung on panels. Please do not send mounted or framed prints. Submissions not meeting these specifications will be excluded. There is no selection process, but LSA reserves the right to refuse works deemed unsuitable (offensive, discriminatory, or not in line with exhibition guidelines). Artists confirm that all works submitted are their own original creations.
3. Submission & Fees: Submission will take place in two stages: digital submission using Google Forms (deadline 30 September 2025) and delivery or posting of selected prints to the gallery (deadline will be given on acceptance).
Digital submission is via Google Forms. Google users (with a Gmail account) can upload images (please ensure these are good quality) directly onto the Mini Print Google Drive by following the form instructions. Non-Google users (without a Gmail account) cannot upload images directly and must create a free Gmail account to submit.
Your work will be assessed and displayed on line for sale by the electronic visual material submitted, so please ensure your photographs represent your work authentically.
For the purposes of this form, please upload images no larger than 2mb.
Images should show your print head-on, with a complete view of the full print.
Please ensure colours on screen are as accurate as possible.
Please title images individually prior to uploading to include your name and the title of the print in the filename (eg: ArtistFullName_PrintTitle.jpg)
Entry fees are £10 for 1 print, £18 for 2 prints, and £25 for 3 prints. Payment must be made before completing the submission form. Submission period: 1–30 September 2025.
Entry fees are non-refundable (Including in a situation where your print is deemed unsuitable or does not comply with these terms and conditions).
4. Delivery of Artwork: After online submission, artists must deliver physical prints either by post or hand delivery to the Art Room by the specified deadline. If posting, artists are responsible for safe packaging and timely delivery.
5. Sales & Pricing: All works will be available for sale online at a fixed price of £35. LSA will not take commission. All sales will be processed online via the LSA website, even if viewed in person at the exhibition. Buyers may choose collection from the Art Room or postal delivery. Where postage is required, the cost will be added to the price charged to the buyer.
6. Returns of Unsold Work: Unsold prints may be collected in person at the Art Room, or returned by post if the artist provides a stamped addressed envelope (SAE). If no SAE is provided and the artist does not collect, LSA will assume the work is not to be returned.
7. Liability & Insurance: All reasonable care will be taken in handling, displaying, and returning artworks. However, LSA accepts no responsibility for loss or damage during transit, storage, or exhibition. Artists are advised to arrange their own insurance if required.
8. Judging & Prizes: Prizes will be awarded at the exhibition opening. The judging panel’s decision is final. A People’s Choice Award will also be made (details announced nearer the time).
9. Exhibition Dates: Physical exhibition: 15–29 November 2025 (prestigious venue in Leamington town centre). Online exhibition: 15 November – 7 December 2025.
10. Agreement: By submitting work, the artist confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions, grants LSA permission to photograph and reproduce their work for the purposes of promotion, publicity, and online exhibition, and accepts that all sales, payments, and returns will be managed in accordance with the processes outlined above.
This exhibition is designed for and open to participants aged 18 years and over.
