I’ve been painting on and off for a few years now, but after retiring in April 2024 I’ve had a lot more time to practice and explore different mediums.
I’m focusing on soft pastels at the moment, but I’ve worked with oil, acrylic and watercolour too.
I was really happy to win the Emerging Artist award at the Warwickshire Open Studios Plein Air competition in September, which gave me a huge confidence boost!
