I’m a potter exploring my artistic expression with clay. Bringing ceramics and feminist storytelling together, sometimes in a fun positive way and sometimes as a deeper darker commentary; I’m interested in holding up a mirror to experiences and sending positive ceramic messages of solidarity to those for whom they resonate. Mermaids and feminised deities and demons are my way to investigate and represent this, as they have been used for centuries to demonise, marginalise and other.
