I am a full-time PhD student and part-time artist living in Leamington. Historically I have focussed on portraiture and figure drawing. I am enrolled in a science-based PhD full time, however, I am due to take three months out of study to create a body of artwork which is focussed on the fieldwork I recently did in Kenya this year. I am hoping to widen my skills in landscape painting, whilst also creating awareness of my PhD research using visual arts and host an exhibition locally.
