I work mainly in watercolour and pen & wash, focusing on places, architecture, and natural details that catch my eye — from Warwickshire villages and gardens to coastal landscapes and European city scenes. My sketchbooks mix quick observational studies with slower, more layered pieces, often combining traditional techniques with occasional digital experiments.
I’m especially interested in capturing atmosphere and memory rather than strict realism, using colour and light to evoke a sense of place. My recent work explores North Norfolk, Bath, Brussels, and local Warwickshire views, as well as more playful studies of flowers and texture.
