Matthew is a fine art photographer with a particular love of the natural landscape. He first became interested in photography nearly 30 years ago. In those days he worked exclusively in Black & White, printing his photographs in his home darkroom. Today he works predominantly digitally, which has allowed a move into colour work as well as giving more control over the image process, although he still maintains a darkroom for when he wants to create traditional black & white work.

Matthew has been awarded the distinction of Associate of the Royal Photographic Society (ARPS) and is currently working towards gaining his Fellowship (FRPS).
