My Profile

Hi I'm josie. I graduated from uni 25 years ago with an art and design degree where I mainly focused on textile surface decoration. My work also included painting, photography and pottery.
I have been painting over the years using watercolours and acrylics but recently began experimenting with mixed media. I have found this really liberating.
I have been gaining inspiration from music titles and scores and have been designing 'intuitively' in order to express how they make me feel.
I never know how my pieces will turn out, but each piece has a distinct style incorporating recycled magazines and my strong love of design.
I am enjoying my creative journey and am excited to see where it will take me.
