I live in Warwickshire having moved here from Yorkshire with my family around 30 years ago.
I'm inspired by a love of nature and natural history illustration.
I studied Natural History Illustration at University in the early 90's before following a career in adult education. Throughout my life I've continued to draw and paint and took up linocut printmaking 4 years ago.
In September 2024, I took the plunge and decided to pursue printmaking as a full time venture.
I work in a variety of print styles, mainly linocut, but also wood engraving and woodcut. I'm currently experimenting with collagraph techniques as a bit of a departure from my usual highly detailed style
