My relationship with Art evolved as I pursued a career in Fashion Design and then as an Art and Design teacher in further education. My appreciation of mixed media has evolved within my career and now helps me to express the beauty of colour and texture in nature. I always endeavour to use techniques that will intrigue and create depth and impact in my artwork. My inspiration derives from long walks in the Warwickshire countryside challenging my creativity in how to present my next painting.
