Uthaya is a Coventry based artist and paints in a variety of media including watercolour, acrylics, oil, pastel, felt and mixed media.
Her interest in drawing and painting began as a child but she started painting seriously about 15 years ago. Although Uthaya has developed her own technique over the years, she is always experimenting with new ideas and gets hours of sheer fun and pleasure playing with colour, shapes and texture.
Uthaya is inspired by all that she sees around her and aims to pass her enthusiasm and pleasure onto others through her painting.
Uthaya has exhibited widely over the years in numerous galleries and has won several awards.
