Workshop details:
Join Lorna Ashworth for a relaxed session learning the Puzzle Lino Printing method.
In this session you will design a Lino block using at least two colours. You will carve your Lino block using Lino carving tools and cut it up to create a puzzle. The pieces will then be shown how to ink the pieces and put them back together to print the different colours at the same time.
This is suitable for beginners and would also make a good follow on workshop if you have already done the Introduction to Lino Printing with Lorna.
Materials:
All materials will be provided.
What to bring:
Good idea to bring an apron or clothes you don’t mind getting ink on (ink has a tendency to travel sometimes).
Feel free to bring along ideas for your print.
