Course outline: Make your mark, use recycled Tetra Pak cartons and non-toxic water washable ink to create your own intaglio print. Learn how to incise your design into the plate and ink effectively. Print your plates using a repurposed pasta machine or a die cutter with guidance from Artist Printmaker Hayley Burgess.
Types of medium used within the workshop: Intaglio printmaking technique using recycled Tetra Pak as plate material.
Materials provided: Etching Ink, Tetra Pak, a surprising variety of mark making and cutting tools, gloves, proofing paper, tissue and newsprint provided.
Materials participants should bring: Please bring your own apron.
