Course outline: Ever wanted to try your hand at Linocut Printing? Join me, Lorna, for a relaxed session to introduce you to the basics of Lino carving and printing. We will look at how to create a simple design and transfer it to the Lino block. We will practice using the tools before carving your design and then print your design in a single colour. You do not need any previous experience and if drawing worries you I will have examples that you can base your design on.
All materials will be provided and by the end of the session you will have carved and printed your Lino block which is yours to keep.
