Workshop: Botanical Gelli Prints Made into a Mini Book

Workshop details:
Create a collection of colourful botanical prints using a Gelli Plate, dried foliage and your own handmade stencils. You’ll experiment with acrylic paints and a roller to produce a selection of unique prints on paper – no previous experience is necessary.
Once you’ve created your prints, you’ll transform them into a concertina mini book, using some of your printed papers to make the front and back covers. You’ll also learn simple cut-out and collage techniques to embellish and decorate the inside, with the option to create a story through your finished book.
Materials:
All materials will be provided, including Gelli Plates, acrylic paints, rollers, paper and book-making materials.
What to bring:
Please bring an apron or wear old clothes as the workshop can get a little messy.
