This one-day creative experience is designed to help you slow down, notice more, and capture a moment of your life in colour. It’s not about being “good” at art or getting it right. It’s about presence… and the joy of discovering something unexpected.
- We’ll begin together in the studio with a cuppa, a warm welcome, and an introduction to the day.
- Then we’ll head out on a short ‘art walkabout’-noticing the small details that often pass us by. Light, colour, textures, fleeting moments. You’ll be guided to find a moment that feels like you want to keep. It might be as small as a leaf, or as expansive as a street scene.
- Back in the studio, you’ll translate that moment into an expressive art piece. Using vibrant colour, tissue paper, acrylics and Posca pens, you’ll capture not just what you saw, but how it felt.
- We’ll finish by sharing and reflecting-on what you noticed, how it translated into your piece, and what surprised you along the way.
