There is availability for 2 studio spaces at East Lodge.
The first studio for hire will be Helen Ballantyne’s former space on the ground floor.
The other studio available will be Maddie Webb’s old basement room.
The rental will be for each room £200 per month with a £200 deposit paid up front into an escrow account.
