WALKING IN THE RAIN

In this piece I try to capture the feeling of discomfort created by the rain and the time of day, seeing the fragility of the subject and I try to show the image in a distorted fashion being created by the nature of the weather and the time of day at the roadside. You could but only feel sorry for the person and perhaps be removed from your own feelings, hoping that he makes it safely.

THE RIVER

In this piece I try to portray a birds eye view of the waters surface in abstract, capturing the even flowing motion of the river and the way in which the water captures light and colour and has the power to carry things away, no return, just about to leave your view, mind and thoughts

APPARITION

In this piece I try to portray the higher plain, life after death as I believe we are visited from time to time. I've tried to capture such an image in abstract as I feel that this is the best way, as such thoughts conjure images of moving light, across a blurry background. To make it a peaceful image, I used plenty of colour rather than creating an eerie image in dull, dark, cold colours.
