East Lodge Gallery Hire

LSA’s East Lodge gallery space may be hired by LSA members. Our exhibition space consists of two rooms. The whole venue, each room, half-room, or a lockable, glass cabinet may be hired. The hiring of half rooms is subject to other artists also applying to share the space.We recommend you visit East Lodge to look at the space and our current exhibitions. We have a variety of display options for your use. We expect you to be present at hanging and take down and will provide a curation team to assist.

We charge 10% commission on all sales. We expect exhibitors to be present during their shows as members of the public enjoy meeting the artist whose work is exhibited. Volunteer stewards will be available to assist.

LSA does not provide insurance or accept responsibility for artwork exhibited or stored at East Lodge. You are responsible for providing adequate insurance for your artwork.

We will endeavour to allocate preferred dates, rooms and walls to applicants and bookings will be made to ensure a varied and interesting programme of exhibitions throughout the year. Please note: the East Lodge Manager reserves the right to a final decision.

We support Warwickshire Open Studios (WOS) and accept expressions of interest.
