Here’s a great opportunity to exhibit and sell your work at East Lodge. All members are invited to submit work, in any medium, for this members only exhibition.
Entry to the exhibition costs £10. Entries are limited to three per person. The submission fee will be refunded to those not selected. Maximum 2D artwork size is 50cm x 70cm or equivalent. If you would like to submit artwork bigger than this then please contact the East Lodge Manager. Please email Chris at email@example.com with images of the work you are intending to submit and dimensions so that he can prepare for the exhibition.
There will be no commission fee charged on sales, but a 3% charge will be made for any purchases made by credit/debit card.
Submission will take place at East Lodge on Monday 29th October 10am-2pm. The £10 entry fee per item should be paid in cash at this time.
All submissions must have a sticker on the back (or bottom) indicating the artists name, title, size, medium, price and contact details (email and phone). 2D work must have a cord for hanging. Small valuable items will be placed in a lockable glass cabinet. Plinths and tables are available for exhibiting 3D work. If your submission is not selected for the exhibition you will be informed by email. Artwork not selected for show can be collected on Tuesday 30th October, 2-4pm.
Unsold work must be collected on Sunday 25th November between 1pm and 4pm.
LSA will not take any responsibility for loss or damage to artwork. Please ensure that you have appropriate insurance in place.
The exhibition will be open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am until 4pm (subject to park opening times), from 31st October until 25th November.
